Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Ula's Ekber Yetkin started the match with a crisp pass. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bektaş Özan during the 24th minute. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 42nd minute, Gafur Saip got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Şevket Balaman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ekber Yetkin in the 44th minute of play. GALATASARAY's Şevket Balaman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ekber Yetkin in the 46th minute of play. Gafur Saip sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Ula would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
