Devran Aktürk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fahrettin Taştekin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Avengers's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 23rd minute Bora Han Şenalp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Devran Aktürk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Avengers defense, Fahrettin Taştekin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Devran Aktürk. The Avengers fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Devran Aktürk should have stopped the shot. A very good chance. 35 minutes into the match, Korgun's goalkeeper Ahmet Orhan Derviş had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Poyraz Onsal. If Fahrettin Taştekin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Avengers's Devran Aktürk played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bora Han Şenalp in the 43rd minute of play. Fahrettin Taştekin got in the 45th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Devran Aktürk handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fahrettin Taştekin was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Korgun's Bora Han Şenalp got a free kick in the 51st minute. 54 minutes into the match, Avengers's Poyraz Onsal sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ahmet Orhan Derviş narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a little luck, Avengers's Devran Aktürk got control of the ball when Bora Han Şenalp tried to sneak it across the goal line. Devran Aktürk didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 67th minute, which inside left pole to 0-4. In the 71st minute, Fahrettin Taştekin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Göksun Talik during the 73rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. An unexpected shot in the 90th minute by Fahrettin Taştekin got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Bora Han Şenalp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Devran Aktürk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fahrettin Taştekin in the 95th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Bora Han Şenalp managed to get in a good position for a shot. Korgun's supporters rose to their feet, but Bora Han Şenalp was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Devran Aktürk breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 98 minutes into the match, Avengers's goal looked a bit too open when Fahrettin Taştekin came free, but Devran Aktürk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Avengers supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Korgun's performance. The match ended with a win for Korgun.
