Gazanfer Özcan Toycan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ermanno Rocco, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. The Kahta SK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gazanfer Özcan Toycan should have stopped the shot. In the 92nd minute Ermanno Rocco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gazanfer Özcan Toycan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Gökmen Özguc managed to get in a good position for a shot. Güney's supporters rose to their feet, but Gökmen Özguc was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gazanfer Özcan Toycan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Güney were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
