The Kahta SK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gazanfer Özcan Toycan should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mehmet Edip Onal in the 18th minute of play forced LEGENDS's goalkeeper Eray Akçakoca to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Kahta SK getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Çağatay Sabuncuoğlu hit a great ball. Eray Akçakoca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Çağatay Sabuncuoğlu in the 26th minute of the match. Eray Akçakoca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mehmet Edip Onal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mehmet Edip Onal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Çağatay Sabuncuoğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Mehmet Edip Onal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Eray Akçakoca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mehmet Edip Onal might have been able to make a better finish in the 48th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eray Akçakoca. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mehmet Edip Onal ran back to his position shaking his head. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mehmet Edip Onal to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute Kahta SK were awarded a corner. Ayvaz Yalçınkaya went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Ayvaz Yalçınkaya got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Eray Akçakoca quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Eray Akçakoca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mehmet Edip Onal in the 57th minute of play. After 58 minutes of play, Kahta SK's Mehmet Edip Onal made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eray Akçakoca was left in no man's land by his defense there! Eray Akçakoca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mehmet Edip Onal in the 61st minute of play. In the 62nd minute, Çağatay Sabuncuoğlu fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Eray Akçakoca, passed just outside the right post. After a defensive mix-up in LEGENDS's zone, Mehmet Edip Onal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eray Akçakoca came out of the goal and Mehmet Edip Onal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, LEGENDS's Eray Akçakoca got control of the ball when Çağatay Sabuncuoğlu tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Gökhan Derman fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored LEGENDS's protests and gave Gökhan Derman a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to LEGENDS getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Gökhan Derman hit a great ball. Mehmet Edip Onal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Eray Akçakoca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kahta SK's Mehmet Edip Onal got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mehmet Edip Onal might have been able to make a better finish in the 96th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eray Akçakoca. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mehmet Edip Onal ran back to his position shaking his head. When the final whistle sounded Kahta SK left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than LEGENDS.
