Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Rahmi Bucuklu made the kick off and thus started the match. Sungurbey Uzer hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. After 11 minutes of play, Soma's Serkan Tokcan made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ahmet Hamdi Sümeroğlu was left in no man's land by his defense there! Mümin Oba came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Iydere's Rahmi Bucuklu. But to his dismay, Rahmi Bucuklu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. A hard shot 23 in the game by Rahmi Bucuklu from a close distance when the talented Mümin Oba managed to make a qualified save. Soma's players were relieved. In the 26th minute Serkan Tokcan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmet Hamdi Sümeroğlu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mümin Oba made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rahmi Bucuklu in the 30th minute. 35 minutes into the match, Soma's goalkeeper Mümin Oba had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rahmi Bucuklu. In the 37th minute, Ergin Mengüalp ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ahmet Hamdi Sümeroğlu was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. Ferhan Kutsel charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ferhan Kutsel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 40 minutes into the game, one of Iydere:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Mümin Oba tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 47 minutes of play, Iydere's Rahmi Bucuklu made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mümin Oba was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Ali Behzat Refah made the kick off in the second half. With his leg Ahmet Hamdi Sümeroğlu managed to avoid a goal in the 59thth minute, when Soma's Serkan Tokcan fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 60 minutes into the game, Ali Behzat Refah was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Soma's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Iydere the free kick. After a rather tough play, Soma's Ali Behzat Refah got a free kick in the 60th minute. After 61 minutes of play, Iydere's Rahmi Bucuklu made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mümin Oba was left in no man's land by his defense there! Mümin Oba showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mehmet Edip Boğatekin, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Ahmet Hamdi Sümeroğlu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ali Behzat Refah, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ahmet Hamdi Sümeroğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ali Behzat Refah in the 78th minute of play. If Sungurbey Uzer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ahmet Hamdi Sümeroğlu made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Muzaffer Okcun sent off a good shot on target. Soma's Ali Behzat Refah got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 91 minutes, Rahmi Bucuklu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Iydere and the Soma players grew even worse after the yellow card. Rahmi Bucuklu hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. 93 minutes into the match, Ali Behzat Refah notched a goal, 3-3, to the right of Iydere's Ahmet Hamdi Sümeroğlu. Ahmet Hamdi Sümeroğlu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Iydere were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
