In the 9thth minute of the game Abdulaziz Uruk who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mihaliccik's Hakkı Deniz Sayman was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Serik booed when Mihaliccik was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Selman Işınay didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 16th match minute, Serik was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Songurhan Yordam to maneuver through the defense. Selahaddin Yumlu came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Mihaliccik's Rüknettin Peşrev. But to his dismay, Rüknettin Peşrev quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 25 minutes into the match, Mihaliccik's goalkeeper Hakkı Deniz Sayman had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Yıldıray Kayaalp. In the last second Hakkı Deniz Sayman throw himself and got hold of the ball when Abdulaziz Uruk in the 27thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Yıldıray Kayaalp fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hakkı Deniz Sayman having to interfere. Şensoy Tufan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rüknettin Peşrev received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Selahaddin Yumlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Serik's goalkeeper Selahaddin Yumlu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Saffet Gündeş was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 39 minutes into the match. After 38 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Mihaliccik! Abdulaziz Uruk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Rüknettin Peşrev made the kick off in the second half. Yıldıray Kayaalp kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. With a little luck, Serik's Selahaddin Yumlu got control of the ball when Rüknettin Peşrev tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Sancarbey Özerman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Müslüm Buyruk charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. After 79 minutes of play, Serik's Abdulaziz Uruk made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hakkı Deniz Sayman was left in no man's land by his defense there! 83 minutes into the match, Yıldıray Kayaalp notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Mihaliccik's Hakkı Deniz Sayman. Hakkı Deniz Sayman was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Mesut Lokman's late challenge caught a Mihaliccik's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mesut Lokman helped the player get up and apologised. After 91 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Serik! Abdulaziz Uruk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 99th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Serik's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
