Songurhan Yordam hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Cihan Serol, 6 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. In the 13th minute Abdulaziz Uruk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oktay Hatemoğlu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Aksarayspor's Feyyaz Kulan got a free kick in the 14th minute. In the 18th minute, Ali Numan Canbolat got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Abdulaziz Uruk, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 23 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Oktay Hatemoğlu was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Oktay Hatemoğlu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abdulaziz Uruk in the 26th minute of the match. Yıldıray Kayaalp sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Yıldıray Kayaalp fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oktay Hatemoğlu having to interfere. Oktay Hatemoğlu came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by Serik's Yıldıray Kayaalp. But to his dismay, Yıldıray Kayaalp quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After a defensive mix-up in Aksarayspor's zone, Vahit Pozan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Oktay Hatemoğlu came out of the goal and Vahit Pozan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 64 played minutes Serik got a freekick which was hit by Vahit Pozan. After some careless play in the Aksarayspor defense, Yıldıray Kayaalp kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Oktay Hatemoğlu. The Aksarayspor fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Oktay Hatemoğlu should have stopped the shot. If Abdulaziz Uruk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Türker Ulukan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Aksarayspor's supporters rose to their feet, but Türker Ulukan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Selahaddin Yumlu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpected shot in the 79th minute by Abdulaziz Uruk got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Yıldıray Kayaalp received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Oktay Hatemoğlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Feyyaz Kulan hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. After having played for 88 minutes, Yıldıray Kayaalp managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Serik's supporters crossed their fingers, but Yıldıray Kayaalp was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 92nd minute, Yıldıray Kayaalp got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Oktay Hatemoğlu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abdulaziz Uruk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Abdulaziz Uruk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
