In the 25th minute Şensoy Tufan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erdinç Engiay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Sancarbey Özerman managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mihaliccik's supporters rose to their feet, but Sancarbey Özerman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Erdinç Engiay breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 28th minute Şensoy Tufan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erdinç Engiay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Azim Apaydın's late challenge caught a Mihaliccik's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Azim Apaydın helped the player get up and apologised. After 29 played minutes Baqsirlar got a freekick which was hit by Azim Apaydın. After a defensive mix-up in Mihaliccik's zone, Arın Yaslı stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hakkı Deniz Sayman came out of the goal and Arın Yaslı tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Erdinç Engiay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Şensoy Tufan, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. 37 minutes into the game, Baqsirlar's Azim Apaydın nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hakkı Deniz Sayman made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. In the 42nd minute Rüknettin Peşrev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Erdinç Engiay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Mihaliccik's Orhan Veli Onay got a free kick in the 44th minute.

Ersan Yalaz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hakkı Deniz Sayman having to interfere. If Arın Yaslı had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Mihaliccik's Sancarbey Özerman got a free kick in the 62nd minute. The Baqsirlar fans' excitement grew in the 63rd match minute when Baqsirlar's Arın Yaslı looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Arın Yaslı had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A hard shot 76 in the game by Rüknettin Peşrev from a close distance when the talented Erdinç Engiay managed to make a qualified save. Baqsirlar's players were relieved. In the 78th minute, Şensoy Tufan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Mihaliccik getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. İlker Peker hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 90 minutes, Arın Yaslı put it in 7-1 from a short distance just to the right of Hakkı Deniz Sayman. Arın Yaslı might have been able to make a better finish in the 95th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hakkı Deniz Sayman. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Arın Yaslı ran back to his position shaking his head. 95 minutes into the match, Mihaliccik's goal looked a bit too open when Arın Yaslı came free, but Hakkı Deniz Sayman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Baqsirlar had played much better football throughout.
