The audience was convinced that Ahmet Gökalp Korcan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Doğaner Öktem was relentless in the 5th minute of the game. Boruc Zgonina blasted a shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Doğaner Öktem having to make a save. YEŞİL ILGAZ SPOR's Hızır Naşit played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vilhelm Hedberg in the 15th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ahmet Gökalp Korcan in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Doğaner Öktem saved HAYMANAGÜCÜ from getting behind. In the 24th minute, Morgan Bolander hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Doğaner Öktem was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ahmet Gökalp Korcan showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 25 minute of play. If Ahmet Gökalp Korcan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 31st minute YEŞİL ILGAZ SPOR were awarded a corner. Ergün Altunç went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led YEŞİL ILGAZ SPOR's Ergün Altunç to fire away a dangerous shot which Doğaner Öktem despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Doğaner Öktem took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ahmet Gökalp Korcan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 34th minute, Boruc Zgonina got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Doğaner Öktem didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 36th minute, which inside left pole to 2-0. Doğaner Öktem made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ahmet Gökalp Korcan in the 44th minute of play. 46 minutes into the match, HAYMANAGÜCÜ's goalkeeper Doğaner Öktem had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Boruc Zgonina. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Boruc Zgonina received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Doğaner Öktem tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Orkun Sancar scored 3-0 in the 65th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Doğaner Öktem, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 68th match minute, HAYMANAGÜCÜ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sakut Yılhan to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in HAYMANAGÜCÜ's zone, Ergün Altunç stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Doğaner Öktem came out of the goal and Ergün Altunç tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Doğaner Öktem made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Orkun Sancar in the 72nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Boruc Zgonina in the 73rd minute of play forced HAYMANAGÜCÜ's goalkeeper Doğaner Öktem to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Boruc Zgonina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Doğaner Öktem having to interfere. 83 minutes into the match, HAYMANAGÜCÜ's goal looked a bit too open when Boruc Zgonina came free, but Doğaner Öktem reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arif Özselen charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arif Özselen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 86th minute, Arif Özselen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 90th minute Orkun Sancar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Doğaner Öktem saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Doğaner Öktem took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Boruc Zgonina, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the HAYMANAGÜCÜ defense, Boruc Zgonina kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Doğaner Öktem. The HAYMANAGÜCÜ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Doğaner Öktem should have stopped the shot. Doğaner Öktem stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Boruc Zgonina's shot from short distance in the 97th minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the HAYMANAGÜCÜ players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for YEŞİL ILGAZ SPOR.
