Bafraspor's Alper Eyüp played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ziya Onur Şensal in the 27th minute of play. 29 minutes into the match, Bafraspor's goalkeeper Alper Eyüp had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Olcay Mertoğlu. Alper Eyüp showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ziya Onur Şensal, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ziya Onur Şensal to strike the kick off in the second half. Alper Eyüp stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ziya Onur Şensal's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. Bafraspor's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Olcay Mertoğlu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-0.
