Adiyaman's Mehmet Hamdi Ortunc played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabon Seoane in the 22nd minute of play. In the 23rd minute, Mete İstanbullu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alemdar İltan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Akgün Tokdemir in the 26th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, DEMİR FK's Berkeley Will got a free kick in the 31st minute. Alemdar İltan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mete İstanbullu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. DEMİR FK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 36th minute, when Doğa Terzioğlu scored to the left of an out of position Alemdar İltan, making the score, 3-0. In the 40th minute Gabon Seoane shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mehmet Hamdi Ortunc saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to DEMİR FK getting a freekick after 48 minutes play. Hasret Balkoç hit a great ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
Berkeley Will received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Mehmet Hamdi Ortunc tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Saadettin Bahçıvan charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Saadettin Bahçıvan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 69th minute Mete İstanbullu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alemdar İltan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mete İstanbullu in the 75th minute of play forced DEMİR FK's goalkeeper Alemdar İltan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 76th minute Doğa Terzioğlu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alemdar İltan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 81 minutes into the match, Adiyaman's goalkeeper Mehmet Hamdi Ortunc had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gabon Seoane. The referee showed Berkeley Will the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 93 played minutes DEMİR FK got a freekick which was hit by Berkeley Will. Doğa Terzioğlu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alemdar İltan having to interfere. Gabon Seoane blasted a shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mehmet Hamdi Ortunc having to make a save. Adiyaman walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
