Spectators: 7528 (Terracing: 5647, Seating: 1731, VIP seats: 150) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Gabon Seoane made the kick off which started today's match. In the 3rd match minute, Tünel was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hasan Hüseyin Şahsuvaroğlu to maneuver through the defense. After 4 played minutes Tünel got a freekick which was hit by Balaban Altunay. After 8 minutes, Balaban Altunay mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tünel and the DEMİR FK players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of DEMİR FK booed when Tünel was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Balaban Altunay didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lütfü Şencan took the ball and in the 12 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alemdar İltan. Alemdar İltan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Tünel's Hasan Hüseyin Şahsuvaroğlu got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, DEMİR FK's Hasret Balkoç got a free kick in the 25th minute. When Lütfü Şencan fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tünel's protests and gave Lütfü Şencan a yellow card for diving instead. Lütfü Şencan hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Halil Salman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gabon Seoane in the 29th minute of play. Gabon Seoane received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Halil Salman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Alemdar İltan came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by Tünel's Hasan Hüseyin Şahsuvaroğlu. But to his dismay, Hasan Hüseyin Şahsuvaroğlu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Gabon Seoanes short, quick shot in the 45thth minute got Halil Salman to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Gabon Seoane struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Halil Salman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for DEMİR FK. After the first half Tünel were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Abdullah Dölek to make the kick off. When the match had gone on for 52 minutes, Gabon Seoane put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Halil Salman. The audience was convinced that Gabon Seoane's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Halil Salman was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. Gabon Seoane sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Hasret Balkoç fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored DEMİR FK's protests and gave Hasret Balkoç a yellow card for diving instead. Halil Salman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gabon Seoane, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. When DEMİR FK's Gabon Seoane in the 67th minute got a chance for a shot 67th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Tünel's goalie prevented a goal. When Abdullah Dölek came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Tünel fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abdullah Dölek couldn't finish the play. DEMİR FK's Alemdar İltan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Balaban Altunay in the 70th minute of play. Halil Salman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gabon Seoane in the 72nd minute of play. When DEMİR FK's Gabon Seoane in the 76th minute got a chance for a shot 76th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Tünel's goalie prevented a goal. Kuddusî Gencay charged in rather forcefully in the 79th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kuddusî Gencay the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, DEMİR FK's Kuddusî Gencay got a free kick in the 79th minute. If Gabon Seoane had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 87 minutes into the match, DEMİR FK's goalkeeper Alemdar İltan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nadir Akbulut. Berkeley Will recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Gabon Seoane had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gabon Seoane succeeded in the game's 94th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-3. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Tünel walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
