Ödemis FK's Zekeriya Balkanlı played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cemal Metin in the 21st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cemal Metin in the 24th minute of play forced Ödemis FK's goalkeeper Zekeriya Balkanlı to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 25th minute Gökberk Ergüner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zekeriya Balkanlı saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fikri Garipbaş to strike the kick off in the second half. HAYRETJK's Vural Hatmi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hasan Tahsin Acunman in the 54th minute of play. But to his dismay, Gökberk Ergüner quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. The crowd rose to their feet as HAYRETJK's Cemal Metin slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Zekeriya Balkanlı. That made the score 1-4 after 74 minutes of play. 81 minutes into the game, Berker Rıza Onurkan recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Zekeriya Balkanlı. Berker Rıza Onurkan showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-5. In the 83rd minute Cemal Metin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zekeriya Balkanlı saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gökberk Ergüner struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Zekeriya Balkanlı didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for HAYRETJK. Ali Vedat Bender in the 87thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Zekeriya Balkanlı, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Vural Hatmi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hasan Tahsin Acunman went, in the 88th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-5 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cemal Metin in the 96th minute of play forced Ödemis FK's goalkeeper Zekeriya Balkanlı to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The HAYRETJK supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing HAYRETJK would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
