Osman Nuri İhtiyar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Korcan Tunçhan in the 10th minute of play forced Cayyolu's goalkeeper Baturhan Yaruk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Halil İbrahim Vefakar scored 0-1 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Baturhan Yaruk, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Tanju Başesgioğlu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Osman Nuri İhtiyar, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Barbaros Şener in the 25th minute of play forced BJK SK's goalkeeper Tanju Başesgioğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Emre Özgenalp came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the BJK SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emre Özgenalp couldn't finish the play. After having played for 31 minutes, Halil İbrahim Vefakar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BJK SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Halil İbrahim Vefakar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tayyar Akar in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Baturhan Yaruk saved Cayyolu from getting behind. Baturhan Yaruk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Korcan Tunçhan in the 33rd minute of the match. The supporters of BJK SK booed when Cayyolu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ali Behzat Altunışık didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Halil İbrahim Vefakar in the 36th minute of play forced Cayyolu's goalkeeper Baturhan Yaruk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 37thth minute of the game Emre Özgenalp who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cayyolu's Baturhan Yaruk was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 38th minute, Halil Keskiner ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tanju Başesgioğlu was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

After having played for 53 minutes, Emre Özgenalp managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. In the 62nd minute, Emre Özgenalp made a precise shot to the right of Baturhan Yaruk. Cayyolu's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Emre Özgenalp managed to get in a good position for a shot. BJK SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Emre Özgenalp was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Baturhan Yaruk breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Emre Özgenalp in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Baturhan Yaruk prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 70 minutes into the match, BJK SK's goal looked a bit too open when Barbaros Şener came free, but Tanju Başesgioğlu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Halil İbrahim Vefakar who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 73rdth minute tested the skills of Baturhan Yaruk when he managed to save the team from getting behind. BJK SK's Tanju Başesgioğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Barbaros Şener in the 74th minute of play. The attack was good, but when Korcan Tunçhan in the 76th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Cayyolu's Baturhan Yaruk proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Cayyolu from getting a goal against them. 85 minutes into the match, Barbaros Şener notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of BJK SK's Tanju Başesgioğlu. Tanju Başesgioğlu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Barbaros Şener in the 88th minute of play forced BJK SK's goalkeeper Tanju Başesgioğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Cayyolu's Baturhan Yaruk got control of the ball when Emre Özgenalp tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hakan Derdiyok during the 91st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Cayyolu getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Hakan Derdiyok hit a great ball. If Emre Özgenalp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. BJK SK's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
