Yusuf Bahadır Tancan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Halil Keskiner went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. 34 minutes into the match, Cayyolu's goal looked a bit too open when Işıkalp Baytüzün came free, but Baturhan Yaruk reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Halil Keskiner fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yusuf Bahadır Tancan having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Meriç Erbelgin during the 38th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 59th minute, Barbaros Şener made a precise shot to the right of Yusuf Bahadır Tancan. FC KOZAN's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. In the 89th minute Barbaros Şener shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yusuf Bahadır Tancan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The corner ended in Barlas Şanalp almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Cayyolu's Baturhan Yaruk did a great save. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Cayyolu fans cheered their team off the field, for while FC KOZAN had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
