The crowd rose to their feet as Zara Belediyespor Kulübü's Ahmet Davut Ünver slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Yılmaz Atasagun. That made the score 1-0 after 24 minutes of play. Adrian Calvino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ali Nejat Çakmur in the 27th minute of the match. After 27 minutes, Vasil Sirakov mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Zara Belediyespor Kulübü and the Boztepe players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Zara Belediyespor Kulübü's Vasil Sirakov got a free kick in the 27th minute. Vasil Sirakov blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Yılmaz Atasagun having to make a save. If Ali Nejat Çakmur had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Boztepe's Ali Nejat Çakmur got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Adrian Calvino didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ali Nejat Çakmur went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Ahmet Davut Ünver fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yılmaz Atasagun having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Vasil Sirakov kicked well hit freekick during the 50th minute of the match. Fahrettin Arıbaş charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fahrettin Arıbaş the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 58 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Boztepe! 3-1 became the score in the 71st minute when Vasil Sirakov elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After having played for 74 minutes, Gürol Sağan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Boztepe's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gürol Sağan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 77th minute Ali Nejat Çakmur shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adrian Calvino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 79th minute, Halil Utku Yalkı hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Halil Utku Yalkı recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ali Nejat Çakmur got free with Adrian Calvino in the 88th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Zara Belediyespor Kulübü were victorious despite being under pressure from Boztepe for much of the match.
