Mehmet Emin Saffet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ahmet Davut Ünver in the 75th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vasil Sirakov got free with Mehmet Emin Saffet in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 94 minutes into the game, Necat Akpınar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. KIRKLARELİ SK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Zara Belediyespor Kulübü the free kick. The KIRKLARELİ SK support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
