Spectators: 7443 (Terracing: 5583, Seating: 1712, VIP seats: 148) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ferid Ünzil started the match with the kick off. Hakkı Bakkalbaşıoğlu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arif Gaffar Selmi in the 6th minute of the match. With his leg Hakkı Bakkalbaşıoğlu managed to avoid a goal in the 10thth minute, when Safirspor's Arif Gaffar Selmi fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 12th minute Ferid Ünzil shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kunter Toktuğ saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kunter Toktuğ came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Gülsuyu SK's Korcan Sabuncu. But to his dismay, Korcan Sabuncu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Ferid Ünzil sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Safirspor getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Abdulaziz Tulum hit a great ball. 21 minutes into the match, Safirspor's goal looked a bit too open when Korcan Sabuncu came free, but Kunter Toktuğ reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Muharrem Türev hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Kunter Toktuğ showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Korcan Sabuncu in the 24th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Hadi Akil's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kunter Toktuğ was relentless in the 26th minute of the game. Arif Cengiz Ceberut hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. Hakkı Bakkalbaşıoğlu acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 29th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Emirşah Özdurdu. Muharrem Türev charged in rather forcefully in the 32nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Muharrem Türev the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 32nd minute, Muharrem Türev hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Altay Durucan took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 33rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Kunter Toktuğ. Safirspor's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Abdulaziz Tulum recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hakkı Bakkalbaşıoğlu stood somewhat misplaced when Arif Gaffar Selmi came free in front of goal and shot 1-1 to the left of him in the 39 minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arif Gaffar Selmi in the 43rd minute of play forced Gülsuyu SK's goalkeeper Hakkı Bakkalbaşıoğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 44th minute, Ferid Ünzil left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gülsuyu SK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. After the first half Gülsuyu SK were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 54th minute Arif Gaffar Selmi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hakkı Bakkalbaşıoğlu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 55 played minutes Gülsuyu SK got a freekick which was hit by Cafer Uğursan. Thanks to some nice moves Ferid Ünzil could shoot a difficult shot in the 62nd minute, which Kunter Toktuğ however easily saved by the left post. Hadi Akil kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Safirspor's Kunter Toktuğ proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save Safirspor from getting a goal against them. Kunter Toktuğ didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ferid Ünzil went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. Safirspor's Kunter Toktuğ played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Korcan Sabuncu in the 73rd minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 88 minutes, Kunter Toktuğ successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arif Gaffar Selmi in the 93rd minute of play forced Gülsuyu SK's goalkeeper Hakkı Bakkalbaşıoğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Safirspor supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Gülsuyu SK's performance. The match ended with a win for Gülsuyu SK.
