The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. İlker Özçelik recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 12 minutes into the game, Aşık Yeğin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Karakocan's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave SoLoTüRK the free kick. After a rather tough play, Karakocan's Aşık Yeğin got a free kick in the 12th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raşit Renan in the 16th minute of play forced SoLoTüRK's goalkeeper Tolga Namdar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tolga Namdar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ali Cafer Hızlan, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. 26 minutes into the match, SoLoTüRK's goal looked a bit too open when Ali Cafer Hızlan came free, but Tolga Namdar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Yavuz Karahan kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Tolga Namdar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raşit Renan in the 33rd minute of the match. 45 minutes into the match, Karakocan's Raşit Renan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tolga Namdar narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Haluk İltekin fell near the penalty area in the 49th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SoLoTüRK's protests and gave Haluk İltekin a yellow card for diving instead. In the 49th minute, Haluk İltekin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The SoLoTüRK players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Karakocan were winning 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ali Cafer Hızlan made a kick off. Tolga Namdar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ali Cafer Hızlan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the last second Tolga Namdar throw himself and got hold of the ball when Ali Cafer Hızlan in the 54thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. In the 55th match minute, SoLoTüRK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yavuz Karahan to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Karakocan defense, İlker Özçelik kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Halit Fahri Kılıçhan. The Karakocan fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Halit Fahri Kılıçhan should have stopped the shot. After 60 played minutes Karakocan got a freekick which was hit by Raşit Renan. Tolga Namdar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Raşit Renan in the 64th minute. After 67 played minutes Ali Cafer Hızlan rounded SoLoTüRK's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-3. Ali Cafer Hızlan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, SoLoTüRK's Tolga Namdar got control of the ball when Aşık Yeğin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tolga Namdar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Raşit Renan went, in the 81st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-5 was the resulting score. Aşık Yeğin's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Tolga Namdar firmly grabbed it by the left post. 89 minutes into the match, SoLoTüRK's goalkeeper Tolga Namdar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aşık Yeğin. In the 90th minute, Raşit Renan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Karakocan fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-6. SoLoTüRK's Tolga Namdar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 98th minute of the match, managed to save SoLoTüRK from getting a goal against them. Karakocan's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
