Reha Yurdaer charged in rather forcefully in the 3rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Reha Yurdaer the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ferdinand Ho in the 7th minute of play forced Mardin 1969 Spor's goalkeeper Mehmet Oğuz Baldemir to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mehmet Oğuz Baldemir made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ferdinand Ho in the 9th minute of play. Erdoğan Özonder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mustafa Emrah Öktüre in the 12th minute of play. In the 19th minute, Jorge-Luis Ferri left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The HavanKimeYabanci fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Mardin 1969 Spor's Mehmet Oğuz Baldemir played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jorge-Luis Ferri in the 22nd minute of play. In the 26th minute Reha Yurdaer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mehmet Oğuz Baldemir saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Erdoğan Özonder was a little too slow when Abbas Tunçkaya got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 27th minute. The score was now 2-1. 30 minutes into the match, HavanKimeYabanci's Jorge-Luis Ferri sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mehmet Oğuz Baldemir narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mehmet Oğuz Baldemir took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Reha Yurdaer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 44 minutes, Teoman Ezgü mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the HavanKimeYabanci and the Mardin 1969 Spor players grew even worse after the yellow card. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ferdinand Ho got free with Mehmet Oğuz Baldemir in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With 78 minutes on the clock, Edip Sayıl commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Ferdinand Ho managed to get in a good position for a shot. HavanKimeYabanci's supporters rose to their feet, but Ferdinand Ho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mehmet Oğuz Baldemir breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. HavanKimeYabanci played a much better game than Mardin 1969 Spor and deserved their victory. The Mardin 1969 Spor players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
