Spectators: 7533 (Terracing: 5683, Seating: 1700, VIP seats: 150) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Mustafa Ekrem Koytak took the kick off in the first half of the match. Hilmi Cenap received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Cristo Barros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mehmet Oğuz Cihangir came out and tried to block the shot, but Mustafa Ekrem Koytak slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 19th minute. Almus's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Mustafa Ekrem Koytak 22 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-0. The audience was convinced that Mustafa Ekrem Koytak's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mehmet Oğuz Cihangir was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. After 44 played minutes Almus got a freekick which was hit by Bahadır Mukerrem. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hilmi Cenap stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Karatas booed when Almus was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bahadır Mukerrem didn't get a good kick on the ball. Abdülhak Özgen kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Cristo Barros showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hilmi Cenap in the 58th minute of the match. After 59 played minutes Karatas got a freekick which was hit by Cevher Siret. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mustafa Ekrem Koytak in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mehmet Oğuz Cihangir saved Almus from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 63 minutes, Mustafa Ekrem Koytak put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Mehmet Oğuz Cihangir. After a rather tough play, Almus's Batıray Özdener got a free kick in the 65th minute. In the 67th minute Hilmi Cenap shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristo Barros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With his leg Cristo Barros managed to avoid a goal in the 69thth minute, when Almus's Batıray Özdener fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Cristo Barros made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hilmi Cenap in the 76th minute of play. The Karatas fans' excitement grew in the 84th match minute when Karatas's Mustafa Ekrem Koytak looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 87thth minute of the game Mustafa Ekrem Koytak who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Almus's Mehmet Oğuz Cihangir was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Mustafa Ekrem Koytak had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 93 minutes into the match, Almus's goal looked a bit too open when Mustafa Ekrem Koytak came free, but Mehmet Oğuz Cihangir reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Songurhan Seha kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. After having played for 96 minutes, Kubat Çırak managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Karatas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kubat Çırak was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. There was no doubt that Karatas were the better team. Karatas's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
