The referee felt a red card was in order, 5 minutes into the game, when Suphi Özekan put in a rough tackle. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 4th minute of the game. One of Eskipazar:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Yesiltepespor:s goal. Deniz Kurtaran had in the 6thth minute some difficulties stopping Garip Uygar's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Deniz Kurtaran didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Garip Uygar went, in the 6th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. In the 12th minute, Garip Uygar fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. A collision led to Eskipazar getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Şenel Dürüst hit a great ball. Deniz Kurtaran showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erdem Attar in the 17th minute of the match. In the 18th minute Yesiltepespor were awarded a corner. Garip Uygar went to the cornerflag to take it. After a rather tough play, Eskipazar's Cihat Tanören got a free kick in the 20th minute. In the 24th match minute, Eskipazar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kutlay Erginer to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Eskipazar booed when Yesiltepespor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Garip Uygar didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 40th match minute, Eskipazar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Semail Emir to maneuver through the defense. After 44 played minutes Eskipazar got a freekick which was hit by Işık Kamran. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Semail Emir made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Semail Emir fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Esat Serhad, passed just outside the right post. Zekeriya Kahveci fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Deniz Kurtaran having to interfere. Semail Emir sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 77 played minutes Eskipazar got a freekick which was hit by Işık Kamran. Garip Uygar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Deniz Kurtaran tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Zekeriya Kahveci had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 86th minute, Cengizhan Sadak hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Esat Serhad made an important save on a dangerous shot by Işık Kamran in the 88th minute. Garip Uygar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Deniz Kurtaran tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Zekeriya Kahveci fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Yesiltepespor's protests and gave Zekeriya Kahveci a yellow card for diving instead. In the 94th minute, Zekeriya Kahveci hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
