An unexpectedly hard shot by Garip Uygar in the 10th minute of play forced Refahiye's goalkeeper Arif Tugay Nejat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arif Tugay Nejat showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Garip Uygar, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. When Bayındır Mehmet Kolçak fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Refahiye's protests and gave Bayındır Mehmet Kolçak a yellow card for diving instead. After 16 played minutes Refahiye got a freekick which was hit by Bayındır Mehmet Kolçak. Arif Tugay Nejat made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Zekeriya Kahveci sent off a good shot on target. Garip Uygar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Arif Tugay Nejat tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Yesiltepespor's Mesut Rıza got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Erdem Attar who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 22ndth minute tested the skills of Arif Tugay Nejat when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 26 minutes of play Refahiye's Bayındır Mehmet Kolçak was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After a rather tough play, Refahiye's Bayındır Mehmet Kolçak got a free kick in the 27th minute. That made the score 1-3 in the 70 minute of play. 74 minutes into the match, Zekeriya Kahveci notched a goal, 2-3, to the right of Refahiye's Arif Tugay Nejat. Arif Tugay Nejat was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Erdem Attar came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Yesiltepespor fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Erdem Attar couldn't finish the play. In the 81stth minute of the game Erdem Attar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Refahiye's Arif Tugay Nejat was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 83 minutes, Mesut Rıza mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Yesiltepespor and the Refahiye players grew even worse after the yellow card. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Refahiye walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
