Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Olcay Soysaltürk started the match with the kick off. After 7 played minutes Refahiye got a freekick which was hit by Bayındır Mehmet Kolçak. Aybars Başkaya received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Arif Tugay Nejat tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 28 minutes into the game, Refik Cesur cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Namık Aldemir was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 33 played minutes Hamamözü got a freekick which was hit by Saadettin Öztimur. After a defensive mix-up in Hamamözü's zone, Gürhan Seçkin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Namık Aldemir came out of the goal and Gürhan Seçkin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 36th minute, Olcay Soysaltürk made a precise shot to the right of Arif Tugay Nejat. Refahiye's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Arif Tugay Nejat took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olcay Soysaltürk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Abdullatif Akyel could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Namık Aldemir made a huge save. 42 minutes into the match, Olcay Soysaltürk had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Arif Tugay Nejat. Refahiye's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Olcay Soysaltürk was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gürhan Seçkin made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, Halil İbrahim Bahadıroğlu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Namık Aldemir showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alptuğ Talip in the 54th minute of the match. 55 minutes into the match, Refahiye's Abdullatif Akyel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Namık Aldemir narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Arif Tugay Nejat made an important save on a dangerous shot by Olcay Soysaltürk in the 58th minute. Namık Aldemir made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gürhan Seçkin in the 74th minute of play. Haydar Namık charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down.
