In the 19th minute, Hakan Kutlughan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Alsancak FK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 21st minute the ball was on its way in behind excratarius's goalkeeper Ceyhun Azimli, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ceyhun Azimli made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hakan Kutlughan in the 23rd minute of play. Ceyhun Azimli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Şentürk Tekinel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aykut Emir during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Şentürk Tekinel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ali Çağrı Köken was the one to do the kick off. excratarius's Ali Çağrı Köken got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 54 minutes of play, excratarius's Aykut Emir made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Timur Aktar was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Alsancak FK booed when excratarius was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ali Çağrı Köken didn't get a good kick on the ball. With his leg Ceyhun Azimli managed to avoid a goal in the 62ndth minute, when Alsancak FK's Hakan Kutlughan fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 65 minutes into the match, Alsancak FK's goal looked a bit too open when Peker Hürsoy came free, but Timur Aktar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Şentürk Tekinel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Ceyhun Azimli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eser Sanih's late challenge caught a excratarius's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. After 93 played minutes Alsancak FK got a freekick which was hit by Eser Sanih. 94 minutes into the match, excratarius's Baybars Akadlı broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Alsancak FK's Timur Aktar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Şaban Şıran in the 96th minute of play. The excratarius fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Alsancak FK were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
