The ball went over the crossbar instead. 36 minutes into the game, Lara's Ahmet Ozan Şahbaz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Batıhan İshak made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. The supporters of Lara booed when Hisarcik JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yüce Özdilek didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alpertunga Barçın's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Şükrü Vural read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 65th minute of play.
