Boldi's Babür Yağızkurt proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Boldi from getting a goal against them. After having played for 37 minutes, Vahap Çağili managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Darbeli Matkap's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vahap Çağili was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Boldi were furious when Alaaddin Kutsal was red carded, 39 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Alaaddin Kutsal kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. Babür Baykut came free in the 41st minute and tried to tip the ball over Babür Yağızkurt, but to the joy of Boldi's supporters the ball hit the crossbar and out. In the 43rd match minute, Darbeli Matkap was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Haşim Okgüç to maneuver through the defense. 45 minutes into the match, Boldi's Emre Beytekin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Batu Samir narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Şentürk Sadullah had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

A collision led to Boldi getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Seçkin Nesefi hit a great ball. Ruhi Mithat scored 2-2 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Babür Yağızkurt, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 58 minutes into the game, Boldi's Emre Beytekin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Batu Samir made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. Batu Samir made an important save on a dangerous shot by Emre Beytekin in the 64th minute. Babür Yağızkurt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vahap Çağili in the 66th minute of the match. 67 minutes into the match, Boldi's goal looked a bit too open when Ruhi Mithat came free, but Babür Yağızkurt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Zeynel Atabey got free in front of the goal in the 68th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Babür Yağızkurt was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. In the 70th minute Yetkiner Kurtaran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Babür Yağızkurt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Darbeli Matkap's defense didn't have a chance, in the 72nd minute, when Emre Beytekin scored to the left of an out of position Batu Samir, making the score, 2-5. Şentürk Sadullah received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Batu Samir tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gökhun Tokgöz charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gökhun Tokgöz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Gökhun Tokgöz hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. When Zeynel Atabey fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Darbeli Matkap's protests and gave Zeynel Atabey a yellow card for diving instead. In the 77th minute, Zeynel Atabey hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Emre Beytekin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Boldi's zone, Ruhi Mithat stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Babür Yağızkurt came out of the goal and Ruhi Mithat tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hürkan Aurelio's late challenge caught a Darbeli Matkap's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hürkan Aurelio helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Darbeli Matkap booed when Boldi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hürkan Aurelio didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ruhi Mithat in the 96th minute of play forced Boldi's goalkeeper Babür Yağızkurt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
