Ünal Şahoğlu started the match with the kick off. 3 minutes into the match, Cibali SK's goal looked a bit too open when Teodoro Pombal came free, but Kayhan Bayazid reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ünal Şahoğlu took the ball and in the 4 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kayhan Bayazid. Kayhan Bayazid dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 8 minutes into the match, Cibali SK's goal looked a bit too open when Ünal Şahoğlu came free, but Kayhan Bayazid reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Can Ülkümen during the 10th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Cibali SK's Can Ülkümen got a free kick in the 10th minute. In the 11th minute, Teodoro Pombal sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Cibali SK's Kayhan Bayazid didn't even have to move. Cibali SK's Kayhan Bayazid played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ünal Şahoğlu in the 13th minute of play. Kayhan Bayazid showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erhun Vahit, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Ünal Şahoğlu scored 0-2 in the 17th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kayhan Bayazid, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 21 minutes into the match, Teodoro Pombal had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kayhan Bayazid. Cibali SK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Teodoro Pombal was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. In the 27th minute, Altay Dirican hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Teodoro Pombal struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Kayhan Bayazid didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for TCG Anadolu. Cibali SK's Kayhan Bayazid played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teodoro Pombal in the 33rd minute of play. After 34 played minutes Cibali SK got a freekick which was hit by Mustafa Yaşar Mesut. Kayhan Bayazid didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ünal Şahoğlu went, in the 36th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. Teodoro Pombal scored 0-5 in the 42nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kayhan Bayazid, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 47th minute, Ünal Şahoğlu made a precise shot to the right of Kayhan Bayazid. Cibali SK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-6. Disappointed in the 0-6 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Songurhan Eyüp to strike the kick off in the second half. If Songurhan Eyüp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 57 minutes into the match, Teodoro Pombal notched a goal, 0-7, to the right of Cibali SK's Kayhan Bayazid. Kayhan Bayazid was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Kayhan Bayazid made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Virgil Siclovan sent off a good shot on target. Kayhan Bayazid showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Virgil Siclovan in the 67th minute of the match. 68 minutes into the game, Mustafa Yaşar Gürler was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cibali SK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave TCG Anadolu the free kick. The supporters of TCG Anadolu booed when Cibali SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mustafa Yaşar Gürler didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ünal Şahoğlu succeeded in the game's 69th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-9. The supporters of TCG Anadolu booed when Cibali SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Can Ülkümen didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Virgil Siclovan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 75th match minute, Cibali SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sungurbey Sebukalp to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling İlhami Yeğin in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Froilan Gutierrez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 80th minute of the match Cibali SK got a corner. TCG Anadolu's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Yaşar Nuri Gültekin ran over to the corner to take the kick. Ertaç Çağkar was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Teodoro Pombal scored 0-10 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kayhan Bayazid, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Virgil Siclovan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kayhan Bayazid having to interfere. Sungurbey Sebukalp kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. In the 89th minute Songurhan Eyüp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Froilan Gutierrez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 91 minutes into the game, Ünal Şahoğlu recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Kayhan Bayazid. Ünal Şahoğlu showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-11. With a little luck, Cibali SK's Kayhan Bayazid got control of the ball when Teodoro Pombal tried to sneak it across the goal line. 97 minutes into the match, Ünal Şahoğlu dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Kayhan Bayazid, 0-12. TCG Anadolu played a much better game than Cibali SK and deserved their victory. The Cibali SK players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
