Spectators: 7506 (Terracing: 5630, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 150) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ali Haydar Kılıçalp started the match with the kick off. 8 minutes into the game, Serhan Atatuğ cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Nazil Akgüneş was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Nazil Akgüneş came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Zımpara Gücü's Serhan Atatuğ. But to his dismay, Serhan Atatuğ quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Nazil Akgüneş showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sabahattin Akdağ in the 17th minute of the match. Nazil Akgüneş took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sabahattin Akdağ, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nazil Akgüneş showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Serhan Atatuğ, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lefter Heybetli during the 29th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Lefter Heybetli hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Behram Timuroz charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Behram Timuroz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 31 played minutes Körfez Futbol Kulübü got a freekick which was hit by Behram Timuroz. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Birdal Işıklar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Körfez Futbol Kulübü's supporters rose to their feet, but Birdal Işıklar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Celalettin Bucuklu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lefter Heybetli got his second yellow card in the match during the 38th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After 39 played minutes Zımpara Gücü got a freekick which was hit by Lefter Heybetli. Nazil Akgüneş took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hacı Maruf, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

When the match had gone on for 51 minutes, Orhan Veli Tankut took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Nazil Akgüneş to make any attempt to save it. Hacı Maruf's late challenge caught a Körfez Futbol Kulübü's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hacı Maruf helped the player get up and apologised. Sabahattin Akdağ came free with the goalkeeper in the 56th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Nazil Akgüneş could save by the left post. If Orhan Veli Tankut had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Orhan Veli Tankut took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nazil Akgüneş. Nazil Akgüneş dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Nazil Akgüneş made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Sabahattin Akdağ sent off a good shot on target. Sabahattin Akdağ struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Nazil Akgüneş didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Zımpara Gücü. Sabahattin Akdağ could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 70th minute of the match, but Nazil Akgüneş made a huge save. Sabahattin Akdağs short, quick shot in the 72ndth minute got Nazil Akgüneş to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Sabahattin Akdağ fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nazil Akgüneş having to interfere. Körfez Futbol Kulübü's Nazil Akgüneş proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Körfez Futbol Kulübü from getting a goal against them. Orhan Veli Tankut fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nazil Akgüneş having to interfere. Celalettin Bucuklu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Birdal Işıklar went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. 83 minutes into the game, Akın Hattat was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Zımpara Gücü's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Körfez Futbol Kulübü the free kick. 85 minutes into the game, Zımpara Gücü's Sabahattin Akdağ nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nazil Akgüneş made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-5. 88 minutes into the match, Körfez Futbol Kulübü's goalkeeper Nazil Akgüneş had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sabahattin Akdağ. Semail Özkutay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Nazil Akgüneş tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nazil Akgüneş took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Orhan Veli Tankut, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arif Bilge Murtaza charged in rather forcefully in the 95th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arif Bilge Murtaza the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Körfez Futbol Kulübü booed when Zımpara Gücü was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arif Bilge Murtaza didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Körfez Futbol Kulübü fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Zımpara Gücü were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
