Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Sarp Hadim kicked off to start the match. When Arif Gaffar Kelami came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the 1949 Kartalspor fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arif Gaffar Kelami couldn't finish the play. In the 49th minute Aslan Arslanoğlu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ercan Zühtü saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Aslan Arslanoğlu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Arif Gaffar Kelami reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ercan Zühtü. The goal made the score 0-2. Nikos Valassas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmet Seyfi Yanaç in the 63rd minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sarp Hadim during the 67th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Sarp Hadim kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. 1949 Kartalspor made a substitution. Diaz Jofre replaced Arif Gaffar Kelami. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aslan Arslanoğlu in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ercan Zühtü saved Topkapi SK from getting behind. With a little luck, Topkapi SK's Ercan Zühtü got control of the ball when Diaz Jofre tried to sneak it across the goal line. 93 minutes into the game, Topkapi SK's Sarp Hadim nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nikos Valassas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. Nikos Valassas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ahmet Seyfi Yanaç, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. 1949 Kartalspor had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
