The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ergin Seyidhan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Enis Behiç Canfeda was the one to do the kick off. If Enis Behiç Canfeda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 66th minute, Turgay Ayvaz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Battal Gazi Cihannur struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Enis Oytunç didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Borcka. Ergin Seyidhan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 71 minutes into the match, Borcka's goalkeeper Sadettin Şems had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Seçkin Unan. Sadettin Şems showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enis Behiç Canfeda, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. 75 minutes into the match, Zile SK's goal looked a bit too open when Battal Gazi Cihannur came free, but Enis Oytunç reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 81st match minute, Borcka was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Günay Özkul to maneuver through the defense. 82 minutes into the match, Beşir Hayırlı sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Sadettin Şems threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Beşir Hayırlı this time. 85 minutes into the game, Borcka's Battal Gazi Cihannur nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Enis Oytunç made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ergin Seyidhan in the 89th minute of play forced Zile SK's goalkeeper Enis Oytunç to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Battal Gazi Cihannur's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Enis Oytunç read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. Abidin Başoğlu's late challenge caught a Borcka's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Abidin Başoğlu helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Borcka booed when Zile SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abidin Başoğlu didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 93rd minute, Battal Gazi Cihannur made a precise shot to the right of Enis Oytunç.
