Arif Gaffar Özduru fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet Nasir Ulusan having to interfere. Pars Yoran hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Abidin Ekabir didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Harun Kıvılcım went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. In the 47th minute, Hızır Buyruk hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Harun Kıvılcım to make the kick off. HİDAYET FK's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Bakkalköy had won, even though HİDAYET FK had held more of the ball.
