Spectators: 7659 (Terracing: 5746, Seating: 1761, VIP seats: 152) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when İzzettin Özcebe took the kick off in the first half of the match. Eyüp Ortunc made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from İzzettin Özcebe in the 4th minute of play. Erzurum's defense didn't have a chance, in the 7th minute, when Fetih Uygunel scored to the left of an out of position Gencalp Kırgız, making the score, 1-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Selmi Bilek in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gencalp Kırgız saved Erzurum from getting behind. Bilge Altınkaya made in the 11th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by VARUNA VEST's Eleuterio Rumaldo. After 15 minutes, Selmi Bilek mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the VARUNA VEST and the Erzurum players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to VARUNA VEST getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Selmi Bilek hit a great ball. Fetih Uygunel's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Gencalp Kırgız firmly grabbed it by the left post. Hilmi Safir fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eyüp Ortunc having to interfere. Fetih Uygunel blasted a shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gencalp Kırgız having to make a save. In the 26th minute, Eleuterio Rumaldo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gencalp Kırgız was a little too slow when Selmi Bilek got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 29th minute. The score was now 2-0. In the 36th minute, Karahan Işıner left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Erzurum fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Erzurum's İzzettin Özcebe got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to VARUNA VEST getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Eleuterio Rumaldo hit a great ball. Fetih Uygunel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Gencalp Kırgız tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 46th minute, Erzurum's Musa Durhal seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Musa Durhal the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Erzurum protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Musa Durhal had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 46 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Erzurum! No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

Karahan Işıner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. VARUNA VEST's Serter Vecihi got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fetih Uygunel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, İstemihan Başesgioğlu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Erzurum's supporters rose to their feet, but İstemihan Başesgioğlu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Eyüp Ortunc breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Teoman Sayıl fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gencalp Kırgız having to interfere. Serter Vecihi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 75thth minute of the game Fetih Uygunel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Erzurum's Gencalp Kırgız was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gencalp Kırgız showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fetih Uygunel in the 76th minute of the match. After 84th play minutes Fetih Uygunel shot 5-1, a short shot which went by Gencalp Kırgız and just under the crossbar into goal. VARUNA VEST's Fetih Uygunel got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Erzurum's zone, Fetih Uygunel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gencalp Kırgız came out of the goal and Fetih Uygunel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the match clock showed 92 minutes, the score became 6-1 when Fetih Uygunel sped through Erzurum's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Gencalp Kırgız. In the 96th minute, Hilmi Safir hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. VARUNA VEST had played much better football throughout.
