One of Galatasaray SK:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of VARUNA VEST:s goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Faik Kadrettin in the 7th minute of play forced VARUNA VEST's goalkeeper Eyüp Ortunc to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 11 minutes into the match, VARUNA VEST's goal looked a bit too open when Faik Kadrettin came free, but Eyüp Ortunc reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 13 played minutes Galatasaray SK got a freekick which was hit by Ahmet Necdet Helvacı. Selmi Bilek fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dong Yin Wei having to interfere. In the 18th minute, one of VARUNA VEST:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for VARUNA VEST. VARUNA VEST:s Eyüp Ortunc showed great skill when he stopped Arman Sıbgatullah:s penalty. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fetih Uygunel in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dong Yin Wei saved Galatasaray SK from getting behind. Selmi Bilek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dong Yin Wei made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Selmi Bilek in the 31st minute of play. Fetih Uygunel blasted a shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dong Yin Wei having to make a save.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Faik Kadrettin to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Üzeyir Keşif ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eyüp Ortunc was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. After 56 played minutes VARUNA VEST got a freekick which was hit by Serter Vecihi. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Feliberto Llope during the 59th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 59 minutes into the game, one of VARUNA VEST:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Arman Sıbgatullah shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Eyüp Ortunc took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Faik Kadrettin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Galatasaray SK's Arif Acıbadem got a free kick in the 64th minute. If Teoman Sayıl had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Galatasaray SK's Dong Yin Wei proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save Galatasaray SK from getting a goal against them. Talat Vecihi hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Burhan Şenel, 72 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Fetih Uygunels short, quick shot in the 77thth minute got Dong Yin Wei to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Fetih Uygunel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dong Yin Wei having to interfere. Dong Yin Wei made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Serter Vecihi in the 83rd minute of play. In the 88th minute, Ataol Suheyl hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Fetih Uygunel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Selmi Bilek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 96 minutes, Fetih Uygunel took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Dong Yin Wei to make any attempt to save it.
