An unexpectedly hard shot by Affan Sahadettin in the 5th minute of play forced Kocasinan's goalkeeper Ahmet İlke Aşık to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ahmet İlke Aşık showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gökçe İskandil in the 7th minute of the match. When the match clock showed 12 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Levent Mürsel sped through Kocasinan's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ahmet İlke Aşık. Ahmet İlke Aşık took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erhun Dilsaz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 18thth minute of the game Levent Mürsel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kocasinan's Ahmet İlke Aşık was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Nedim Hedef hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. In the 27th minute Affan Sahadettin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmet İlke Aşık saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 44th minute Levent Mürsel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmet İlke Aşık saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Abdurrahman Taybars was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute of the match, Levent Mürsel tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ahmet İlke Aşık saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Timur Uzay could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Ahmet İlke Aşık made a huge save. In the 55th minute, Gencer Bilgetay reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ahmet İlke Aşık. Aris Fc played a much better game than Kocasinan and deserved their victory. The Kocasinan players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
