Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fevzi Akergin in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aytekin Gencal prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 10th minute the ball was on its way in behind Rotary FC's goalkeeper Efe Uçman, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 12 minutes into the match, Fevzi Akergin notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Atasehir's Aytekin Gencal. Aytekin Gencal was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alkan Özgun stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A wasted opportunity for Rotary FC. 85 minutes into the game, Ahmet Koralp Seralp was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Atasehir's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rotary FC the free kick. Rotary FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Rotary FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
