But to his dismay, Gencal Yerel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. manchester navy blue's Hürkan Rahmi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gencal Yerel in the 37th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in manchester navy blue's zone, Gencal Yerel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hürkan Rahmi came out of the goal and Gencal Yerel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 40th match minute, manchester navy blue was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Onur Ali Vahdet to maneuver through the defense. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sabri Tulum to strike the kick off in the second half. Mustafa Hamit Özay could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Alparslan Okhan made a huge save. In the 54th minute, Ahmet Asım Oyal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
