After a rather tough play, Zeytindalı SK's Fuat Buğdaycı got a free kick in the 7th minute. Birol Seccac showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Erkut Yafes in the 11th minute of the match. Gürkan Heybetli could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Birol Seccac made a huge save. In the 15th match minute, SEAY was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gazanfer Beybolat to maneuver through the defense. SEAY's Birol Seccac played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cahit Durdu in the 16th minute of play. 18 minutes into the game, SEAY's Engin Toper nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Müfit Burçhan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. The crowd rose to their feet as Erkut Yafes kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Birol Seccac. That made the score 1-1 in the 22 minute of play. In the 26th match minute, SEAY was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yavuz Selim Saykut to maneuver through the defense. In the 31st minute, Yusuf Ziya Sezmen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The SEAY fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Engin Toper received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Müfit Burçhan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 47th minute Erkut Yafes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Birol Seccac saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Yusuf Ziya Sezmen was the one to do the kick off. After some careless play in the SEAY defense, Gürkan Heybetli kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Birol Seccac. The SEAY fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Birol Seccac should have stopped the shot. Erkut Yafes took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Birol Seccac. Birol Seccac dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-2. When the match had gone on for 77 minutes, Bedir Perinçek put it in 5-2 from a short distance just to the right of Birol Seccac. In the 80th match minute, SEAY was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yusuf Ziya Sezmen to maneuver through the defense. Erkut Yafes took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Birol Seccac. Birol Seccac dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-2. If Cahit Durdu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Birol Seccac didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bedir Perinçek went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 7-2 was the resulting score.
