Göztepe SK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 10-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Doğan Vefi in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Uğur Yücesoy saved Göztepe SK from getting behind. After 96 minutes of play Göztepe SK's Işıkalp Atik was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 97 played minutes Göztepe SK got a freekick which was hit by Işıkalp Atik. There was no doubt that Cemberlitas were the better team. Cemberlitas's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
