In the 8th minute, Kuddusî Erdemli ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nejat Ersavaş was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After having played for 42 minutes, Umut Tunca managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Avşar Spor's supporters crossed their fingers, but Umut Tunca was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. But to his dismay, Gökhan Baykır quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-6 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Carlos França stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Arda Ozan Turaç recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Arda Ozan Turaç fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Herbert Oryniak having to interfere. After 61 minutes of play, Avşar Spor's Carlos França made it 0-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nejat Ersavaş was left in no man's land by his defense there! With an all-out effort, Avşar Spor's Nejat Ersavaş threw himself towards the right post 65 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Cumhur Temcit, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 66th minute Gökhan Baykır shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nejat Ersavaş saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 68 minutes into the match, Carlos França had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nejat Ersavaş. Gökhan Baykır showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-9. When the match had gone on for 78 minutes, Umut Tunca took a quick shot and it went in 0-10 without a chance for Nejat Ersavaş to make any attempt to save it. In the 81st minute, Süreyya Özsungur hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cihan Temizöz, 82 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. With a little luck, ESPİYESPOR's Nejat Ersavaş got control of the ball when Yücel Kavi tried to sneak it across the goal line. Nejat Ersavaş made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gökhan Baykır in the 85th minute. The ESPİYESPOR fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Avşar Spor were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
