Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Kahraman Uraza started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Uğur Yücesoy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sermet Özdel in the 4th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kahraman Uraza in the 5th minute of play forced Ulus's goalkeeper Kamuran Orcun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ulus's Kamuran Orcun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Özbek Akçalı in the 8th minute of play. Kamuran Orcun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kahraman Uraza, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. In the 22nd minute, Sermet Özdel left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ulus fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Ataman Sara did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 3-0 to the left of a surprised Uğur Yücesoy 26 minutes into the match. Göztepe SK's Uğur Yücesoy proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Göztepe SK from getting a goal against them. In the 31st match minute, Göztepe SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Korkutalp Aktay to maneuver through the defense. 35 minutes into the match, Göztepe SK's goalkeeper Uğur Yücesoy had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ataman Sara. 44 minutes into the game, Sermet Özdel recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Uğur Yücesoy. Sermet Özdel showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

Uğur Yücesoy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ataman Sara in the 52nd minute of play. 53 minutes into the match, Göztepe SK's goal looked a bit too open when Sermet Özdel came free, but Uğur Yücesoy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 55 minutes into the game, Kahraman Uraza was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Göztepe SK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ulus the free kick. In the 55th match minute, Göztepe SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kahraman Uraza to maneuver through the defense. If Tolga Semdin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Göztepe SK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sermet Özdel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-1.
