After 12 minutes of play, DinamoZakzık's Beşir Kaygun made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gaffar Sarik was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gaffar Sarik showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Beşir Kaygun, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. 16 minutes into the match, Beşir Kaygun had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gaffar Sarik. Per Aspera ad Astra's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Beşir Kaygun was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Kudret Ulağ could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Sancar Bir made a huge save. Gaffar Sarik stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Beşir Kaygun's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. After having played for 28 minutes, Beşir Kaygun managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. DinamoZakzık's supporters crossed their fingers, but Beşir Kaygun was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gaffar Sarik took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Beşir Kaygun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Per Aspera ad Astra defense, Ali Numan Boratay kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gaffar Sarik. The Per Aspera ad Astra fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gaffar Sarik should have stopped the shot. Beşir Kaygun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Gaffar Sarik tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 44thth minute of the game Beşir Kaygun who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Per Aspera ad Astra's Gaffar Sarik was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Beşir Kaygun to strike the kick off in the second half.
