Necmettin Turkay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 5 minutes in the game, Akın Mert dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Necmettin Turkay in the 7th minute of play forced Per Aspera ad Astra's goalkeeper Gaffar Sarik to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Akın Mert might have been able to make a better finish in the 8th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gaffar Sarik. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Akın Mert ran back to his position shaking his head. Findikzade's Aytekin Çağman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yetkin Uçanok in the 12th minute of play. The referee gave Per Aspera ad Astra a penalty, 14 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Atalan Ramazan, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Findikzade's Aytekin Çağman. 1-0. Necmettin Turkay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Gaffar Sarik tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Per Aspera ad Astra defense, Akın Mert kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gaffar Sarik. The Per Aspera ad Astra fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gaffar Sarik should have stopped the shot. Gaffar Sarik made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Necmettin Turkay in the 23rd minute of play. After having played for 24 minutes, Akın Mert managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Findikzade's supporters crossed their fingers, but Akın Mert was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Per Aspera ad Astra getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Mustafa Namık Hasret hit a great ball. Necmettin Turkay took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gaffar Sarik. Gaffar Sarik dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. 31 minutes into the game, Findikzade's Necmettin Turkay nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gaffar Sarik made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mustafa Namık Hasret in the 35th minute of play forced Findikzade's goalkeeper Aytekin Çağman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 37th minute, Necmettin Turkay made a precise shot to the right of Gaffar Sarik. Per Aspera ad Astra's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-4. Akın Mert fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gaffar Sarik having to interfere. Gaffar Sarik showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Necmettin Turkay, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Akın Mert made a kick off. In the 52nd minute, Findikzade's Ahmet Hafiz Trabzonlu seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Ahmet Hafiz Trabzonlu the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Findikzade protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Ahmet Hafiz Trabzonlu had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 52 minutes into the game, one of Findikzade:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Aytekin Çağman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mustafa Namık Hasret in the 56th minute of the match. Rıfkı İrfanoğlu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Mustafa Namık Hasret fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Per Aspera ad Astra's protests and gave Mustafa Namık Hasret a yellow card for diving instead. After 60 played minutes Per Aspera ad Astra got a freekick which was hit by Mustafa Namık Hasret. Gaffar Sarik made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Akın Mert sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Findikzade getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Rıfkı İrfanoğlu hit a great ball. Mustafa Namık Hasret kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Per Aspera ad Astra's Kudret Ulağ got a free kick in the 71st minute. In the 77th match minute, Per Aspera ad Astra was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kudret Ulağ to maneuver through the defense. After 80 minutes, Akın Mert made it 1-5 with a short kick to the right side. Per Aspera ad Astra's Gaffar Sarik tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Gaffar Sarik made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Akın Mert sent off a good shot on target. Akın Mert got in the 88th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Gaffar Sarik handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Per Aspera ad Astra's zone, Ali Hamza Garipbaş stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gaffar Sarik came out of the goal and Ali Hamza Garipbaş tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 92nd minute, Kamil İlkut left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Per Aspera ad Astra fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-5. After 95 played minutes Per Aspera ad Astra got a freekick which was hit by Mustafa Namık Hasret. 97 minutes into the match, Akın Mert notched a goal, 2-6, to the right of Per Aspera ad Astra's Gaffar Sarik. Gaffar Sarik was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the match was over Findikzade could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Per Aspera ad Astra throughout the match.
