Bozkurt Barın succeeded in the game's 21st minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-1. After 27 played minutes MERT-SU got a freekick which was hit by Ender Türünk. When Bozkurt Barın came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the POLİS AKADEMİSİ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bozkurt Barın couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the MERT-SU defense, Bozkurt Barın kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Saffet Cenger. The MERT-SU fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Saffet Cenger should have stopped the shot.

51 minutes in the game, Bozkurt Barın dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. If Atilla Kağan Tara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bozkurt Barın in the 77th managed to get into a good position. If Cevdet Üçer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Okaner Kocaalp received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Saffet Cenger came out and tried to block the shot, but Okaner Kocaalp slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 87th minute. After 92 minutes, Göksel Tarık mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the MERT-SU and the POLİS AKADEMİSİ players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of POLİS AKADEMİSİ booed when MERT-SU was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Göksel Tarık didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match was over POLİS AKADEMİSİ could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than MERT-SU throughout the match.
