After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Akgün Özgulec managed to get in a good position for a shot. Real Madrid TR's supporters rose to their feet, but Akgün Özgulec was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Serdar Cezlan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ziya Derdiyok in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Anıl Sargan saved Real Madrid TR from getting behind.
