Selçuk Tanfer was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 9 minutes into the match, Skyfall's goal looked a bit too open when Ali Kağan Kaçan came free, but Selçuk Tanfer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Skyfall's Barışcan Polatalp got a free kick in the 11th minute. Selçuk Tanfer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rahim Avcu in the 14th minute of play. Mehmet Oğuz Teren's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Mustafa Ekrem Sancaktar firmly grabbed it by the left post. The referee felt a red card was in order, 18 minutes into the game, when Rahim Avcu put in a rough tackle. After 19 played minutes EL GATO got a freekick which was hit by Rahim Avcu. Mustafa Ekrem Sancaktar was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Şafak Nusret. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mehmet Oğuz Teren got free with Mustafa Ekrem Sancaktar in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 25 minutes into the match, Cevat Yücesan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Selçuk Tanfer. Skyfall's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cevat Yücesan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. 29 minutes into the game, Kılıçalp Devrim cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Selçuk Tanfer was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 33rd minute Zachariasz Roman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Selçuk Tanfer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 34 minutes into the game, Ferdi Bilkan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Selçuk Tanfer was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Kılıçalp Devrim charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kılıçalp Devrim the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to EL GATO getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Kılıçalp Devrim hit a great ball. Kutalp Erbatur received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Mustafa Ekrem Sancaktar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 44 minutes into the match, Skyfall's goal looked a bit too open when Ferdinand Bekken came free, but Selçuk Tanfer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Skyfall defense, Ali Kağan Kaçan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Selçuk Tanfer. The Skyfall fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Selçuk Tanfer should have stopped the shot. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ali Kağan Kaçan was the one to do the kick off. Selçuk Tanfer made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Zachariasz Roman sent off a good shot on target. Selçuk Tanfer took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ferdi Bilkan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ali Kağan Kaçan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Selçuk Tanfer made a huge save. Skyfall's defense didn't have a chance, in the 60th minute, when Zachariasz Roman scored to the left of an out of position Selçuk Tanfer, making the score, 0-6. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mustafa Birol Mutlugün in the 64th minute of play forced EL GATO's goalkeeper Mustafa Ekrem Sancaktar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 66th minute Kamber Dervişoğlu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mustafa Ekrem Sancaktar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mustafa Ekrem Sancaktar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mustafa Birol Mutlugün in the 68th minute of play. In the 69th minute, Ali Kağan Kaçan made a precise shot to the right of Selçuk Tanfer. Skyfall's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-7. If Mehmet Oğuz Teren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Selçuk Tanfer made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kılıçalp Devrim in the 75th minute. Mustafa Ekrem Sancaktar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mehmet Oğuz Teren in the 77th minute of play. 80 minutes into the match, Skyfall's goalkeeper Selçuk Tanfer had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zachariasz Roman. The supporters of EL GATO booed when Skyfall was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sancarbey Dizdar didn't get a good kick on the ball. 84 minutes into the match, Skyfall's goal looked a bit too open when Ali Kağan Kaçan came free, but Selçuk Tanfer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ali Kağan Kaçan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Selçuk Tanfer made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as Kılıçalp Devrim kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Selçuk Tanfer. That made the score 0-8 in the 93 minute of play. EL GATO's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
