Demircan Bozdoğan charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Demircan Bozdoğan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ertan Baysan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rıfkı Razi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The Bahce FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rıfkı Razi should have stopped the shot. Ertan Baysan's late challenge caught a Bahce FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ertan Baysan helped the player get up and apologised. In the 96th match minute, Ilgin was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ertan Baysan to maneuver through the defense. Ilgin's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
