When Vural Tacal fell near the penalty area in the 5th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lüleburgaz FK's protests and gave Vural Tacal a yellow card for diving instead. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 4th minute of the game. One of Lüleburgaz FK:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of DİNER FC:s goal. In the 5th minute there was a penalty for DİNER FC. Müfit Akarsu stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Nusrettin Seyfullah. 0-1. In the 10th minute Resulhan Ağca shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arif Cengiz Şevki saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 12 minutes, Resulhan Ağca mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lüleburgaz FK and the DİNER FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 12th minute, Resulhan Ağca hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 13th match minute, Lüleburgaz FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vural Tacal to maneuver through the defense. Müfit Akarsu ran over to the corner to take the kick. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Türkeş İslam advanced and headed the ball into goal, 0-3 in the 26th minute. The audience was convinced that Yakup Aktan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nusrettin Seyfullah was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. 33 minutes had been played when some careless play by Lüleburgaz FK's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Müfit Akarsu was slow to take the kick. During this time DİNER FC's players had a chance to rest. The crowd rose to their feet as Lüleburgaz FK's Resulhan Ağca slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Arif Cengiz Şevki. That made the score 1-3 after 36 minutes of play. Arif Cengiz Şevki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Göktuğ Çelikkan in the 40th minute of play. Arif Cengiz Şevki was a little too slow when Göktuğ Çelikkan got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 40th minute. The score was now 2-3.

The wind increased when Yakup Aktan made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Lüleburgaz FK's Acar Tayyip got a free kick in the 51st minute. Coşkun Tugay charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Coşkun Tugay the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The audience was convinced that Ahmet Asım Safih's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Arif Cengiz Şevki was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. 65 minutes into the match, DİNER FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ahmet Asım Safih came free, but Arif Cengiz Şevki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind Lüleburgaz FK's goalkeeper Nusrettin Seyfullah, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 93rd minute of the match Vural Tacal shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Arif Cengiz Şevki showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. DİNER FC played a much better game than Lüleburgaz FK and deserved their victory. The Lüleburgaz FK players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
