When Şemsettin Eyüp fell near the penalty area in the 4th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored YILDIRIM SK's protests and gave Şemsettin Eyüp a yellow card for diving instead. Dumlupinar made a substitution. Taci Kiner replaced Ahmet Asım Seyfi. A collision led to YILDIRIM SK getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Şemsettin Eyüp hit a great ball. 8 minutes into the game, Yahya Safir cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Necip Ulubaş was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 15 minutes into the game, Dumlupinar's Haldun Han nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ayberk Rasim made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Ayberk Rasim didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Şeref Ziver went, in the 18th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Rasim Duha kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. In the 28th minute, Haldun Han reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ayberk Rasim. The goal made the score 5-1. After a defensive mix-up in YILDIRIM SK's zone, Haldun Han stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ayberk Rasim came out of the goal and Haldun Han tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Şeref Ziver came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Dumlupinar fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Şeref Ziver couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 38th minute, Haldun Han managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dumlupinar's supporters rose to their feet, but Haldun Han was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ayberk Rasim breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fedai Oktan kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Dumlupinar's Şeref Ziver was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 44th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 6-1 at half-time.

The corner led Dumlupinar's Naci Çelik to fire away a dangerous shot which Ayberk Rasim despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 61st minute, Şeref Ziver left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Dumlupinar fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-1. Şeref Ziver fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ayberk Rasim having to interfere. Ayberk Rasim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Şeref Ziver in the 66th minute of the match. In the 68th minute of the match Adil Orcaner sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ayberk Rasim skillfully saved the ball. If Haldun Han had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of YILDIRIM SK booed when Dumlupinar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Taci Kiner didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ayberk Rasim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Haldun Han, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Ayberk Rasim didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Şeref Ziver went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 8-1 was the resulting score. Şeref Ziver scored 9-1 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ayberk Rasim, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ayberk Rasim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Şeref Ziver in the 86th minute of play. If Şeref Ziver had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
