The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Erdinç Kuntman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Baturalp Yaver kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. After having played for 62 minutes, Berkem Akıncıbeyoğlu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Göksun Uluşahin showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Ardahan Hadim hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Pendik's zone, Ardahan Hadim stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Göksun Uluşahin came out of the goal and Ardahan Hadim tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Aral Ekinci struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Göksun Uluşahin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Beşiktaş Jimnastik Kulübü. Pendik's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
